All prices stated on our website are in Euro. Please note that fatcat-spraystore.com reserves the right to change any prices displayed on the site without prior notice. We also reserve the right to cancel an order if goods have been displayed with the incorrect price due to typographical error, or for any other reason.

Orders and Orders Placement

We are trying to make your shopping experience easier and less complicated. This is the reason why there is no need to create a login account and disclose too much unnecessary personal information. Once you make your choice you are being transferred to our secure payment page where you have to complete a simple form with a minimum of personal information. Personal information such as your name, address, and credit card details are required when you place an order with our e-shop. Please make sure that this information is correct, accurate, current, and complete. Afterward, you will be shown a summary of your selected products before the order is placed. In this summary, you are given the opportunity to adjust the order before the products are ordered and also choose the shipping method. The total cost of your purchase including the shipping costs will appear before checking out your shopping cart.

We do not under any circumstances retain any personal or credit card information. We are only archiving documentation of the orders so we could track them back for administrative purposes and as evidence when in need. After we receive your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. If details are inadequate, or if we suspect that they are false, we may cancel the order.

Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed we prepare and soon dispatch your package. Deliveries will only be made once payment has been received. fatcat-spraystore.com is not able to control or take responsibility for the actions of Customs and Excise. All packaging is discreet and no indication of contents is displayed, however, if the items you have ordered are not in line with the laws in your area, you run the risk of customs interfering with your package. We are unable to help you with this situation.

Retention of Title

The goods supplied by us shall remain our property until the customer has discharged all our claims against him from the current transaction in full. Legal ownership, or title, to the goods, will not pass from us to the customer until the customer has paid for the goods. In the case of electronic and credit card payments, payment is deemed to have been made only when they have been fully honored and received by fatcat-spraystore.com. Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
